We are currently working with a Top 200 Law firm with offices in the North West, in connection with a fantastic opportunity for an Immigration Solicitor to join their specialised Immigration department in Manchester City Centre.
Our client is a strong regional practice with a focus on exemplary customer service and legal expertise. Its specialist Immigration team deal with a range of matters on behalf of private and corporate clients. As an Immigration Solicitor you will be dealing with a caseload including matters such as:
- Refugee and Human Rights Law
- Work and Study in the UK
- Family Visit and Settlement
- Deportation Appeals
- Naturalisation
- Public Law and Sponsor Licensing for Businesses and Educational Institutions
- Working with clients in respect of appeals to the Immigration Tribunal
The role would suit a qualified Immigration Solicitor with around 3 years plus experience who is able to run their own caseload on various and complex UK immigration, appeals and litigation issues and who has a firm focus on managing and developing client relationships.
