Fraud Lawyer

Leading defendant insurance firm is looking for an Associate to join its RTA Fraud team in Manchester

Your new role

This role will see you handle a caseload of RTA fraud claims. You will be required to be involved in all stages of a claim from inception and investigations through to negotiation and settlement/trial. You will also be required to assist the most senior members of the team on complex claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well regarded team and work with leading legal experts.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have experience in RTA fraud, ideally from a national defendant firm. You should have strong academics and good communication skills.
