Commercial Litigation Solicitor, N Yorks

Commercial firm based in North Yorkshire are looking for a strong commercial litigation candidate to join their team.

You will cover a plethora of commercial cases and be a key recruit for their relatively small team. Ideally you will cover business-to-business disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctions and shareholder disputes and some property litigation experience is essential.

Clients will be OMB's and SME's and you will be encouraged to develop your own client relationships. Candidates who have around 5 years plus pqe are likely to have the right level of knowledge/gained the right level of experience that will be needed to be able to undertake this role.
