We are currently working with a highly regarded and ranked Legal 500 Practice who are looking for a Solicitor to join their specialised Contentious Probate team in offices a short tram ride from Manchester City Centre.
Our client's specialist Contentious Probate team are well known for providing top tier advice to clients on a range of probate litigation including:
- IPFDA claims (acting for both claimants and defendants)
- validity challenges
- removal of executors
- construction applications
- claims for proprietary estoppel
- general litigious support to the non-contentious Private Client team
The role would suit either a specialist Contentious Probate Solicitor or Litigation/Private Client solicitor with a genuine interest and strong experience in this area.
