The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team. The Residential Property Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload from start to finish, including:
- Sales & purchase
- Re-mortgage
- Transfers of equity
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership schemes
- Lease extensions

- 5+ years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing
