Are you a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify, with aspirations to become a Property Litigation Solicitor at a leading law firm? Or are you a junior 1-3 year PQE Property Litigation Solicitor who is looking to take that step up in their career?
This forward thinking, Bournemouth-based, Legal 500 law firm have a proven track record for success and are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their successful Property Litigation department. You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues (adverse possession, easements and title disputes), rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.
You will assist with a varied caseload including high value and complex disputes relating to use and occupation of land, lease renewals, as well as claims relating to breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues and landlord and tenant issues.
