Data Privacy Lawyer

We are looking to hire a seriously ambitious and confident Data Privacy Lawyer for a disruptive start-up client. This legal optimisation company work as an overflow to in-house lawyers and assist in the areas of commercial and technology law. With an increasing amount of their workload now being data protection they offering an external DPO service and work end to end on DP projects. They are therefore recruiting a dedicated subject matter expert to service their mostly financial services clients, ranging from start ups and fintechs to large household names.

As part of a small organisation, this position would probably suit someone at the mid-level who is willing to take the risk of a more challenging role where they can grow with the business and potentially grow their own team. It would provide the opportunity to be creative (rebellious even!) and take ownership for this part of the business. Applicants would need to be commercial, with really good organisation skills, able to project manage, do reporting, and be good with technology.
