A highly successful and busy practice in Norwich is keen to appoint a talented Residential Development Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of residential development matters. Boosting one of the most reputable property departments in the East Anglia region this well-established law firm is in need of a Senior Residential Development Solicitor to deal with a wide range of issues including site set-ups, development agreements, pre-emption agreements, infrastructure and environmental issues. As the newly appointed Residential Development Solicitor you will be advising national and regional house builders. Suitable Residential Development Solicitors will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in dealing with all types of residential development matters gained within a leading regional / national law firm. Applications are also welcomed from Residential Development Lawyers who have gained relevant experience within an in-house environment. Ideal Residential Development Solicitors or Legal Executives will have experience of dealing with volume plot sales, site acquisition and assembly. In order to be considered for the role of Residential Development Lawyer you must have excellent marketing and business development skills along with the potential to provide a high level of service to a varied client base.
