Property Litigation Solicitor NQ+
Leading law firm on the South Coast is seeking to expand their Property Litigation Department.
The Property Litigation Team deal with a wide range of matters for both, landlord and tenant on a range of complex and high value disputes relating to the use and occupation of land lease renewals, as well as claims relating to breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery real estate related insolvency issues.
Ideally, you will Solicitor with experience gained within this area of law and seeking a law firm offering a high degree of autonomy and on-going training and support. Candidates from NQ upwards with a seat in Property Disputes will also be considered for this role based on the Dorset Coast.
