I'm working with a national claimant firm that are currently looking to recruit a personal injury litigator for their Stoke-on-Trent office, to handle a caseload of litigated EL and PL claims.
My client are a well recognised and well respected name in the Personal Injury market and are known for being fully employee focused. They are looking to hire an experienced litigation fee earner (Solicitor/CILEX) to handle a caseload of complex issued personal injury claims concerning Employers' and Public Liability matters.
You will need to have an up-to-date knowledge of PI, CPR and the claims process, with previous fee earning experience in a PI department so that you can carry out all aspects of the PI claim life cycle.
