My Client is a leading law firm who are award winning and Law Society accredited. Having been initially established in the 1800s they have a solid history and grounding in Yorkshire. They are an ambitious firm with high standards in terms of Client Care. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor.

My client provides quality legal services to both commercial and residential landowners, landlords and tenants on all types of contentious property matters including dealing with possession claims, breach and enforcement of leasehold covenants, property contracts, insolvency, rights of way disputes, adverse possession, forfeiture dilapidation's, rent reviews, enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants as well as professional negligence claims involving property professionals. Experience of both Contentious Probate & Contractual Disputes and general commercial / Civil Litigation would be a distinct advantage

In addition to the requisite technical skills, you will be an ambitious self-starter who is well connected and enjoys business development activities.

The candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or FILEX (3+ years PQE, no upper limit)
• Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career.
• Some following is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
• Proven experience within Property Litigation and working knowledge of Contentious Probate is essential
• Self-motivated and professional
