Our client is a Chambers listed law firm who are ranked 1st Tier for employment law. Their Oxford office are seeking an Employment solicitor NQ - 4 years PQE to join there presigious Employment team.
You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for some claimant but mostly respondent clients.
They offer a range of work in almost every type of sector from financial services to pharmaceuticals, retail, manufacturing, engineering, business and professional services.
The work will include giving day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence, TUPE transfers, conducting redundancy programmes and drafting contracts, policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates will have previously worked for a City or large commercial practice known for their employment work and hold excellent academic qualifications.
