Our client is well known within the legal industry, they have offices across the globe and are looking for a Knowledge Management Paralegal - Corporate to join their busy team in Manchester.

Description

As a Knowledge Management Paralegal - Corporate you will be dealing with a full range of knowledge management tasks including;

• Assisting with updating templates and guidance ·
• Preparing templates for automation and testing them ·
• Assisting with the preparation of current awareness bulletins and updates for the teams within the department ·
• Managing the administration of the training programmes
• Assisting with legal research and other know-how queries
• Reviewing journals, online know-how resources, legislation and cases and liaise with KDLs and Library to identify items of interest to lawyers in the relevant practice areas
• Drafting notes on legal developments/cases

Profile

You will be a paralegal with an interest in corporate law who has completed the LPC. Please note that the experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
