A friendly high street firm with a busy residential conveyancing department in Farnham is seeking a paralegal who has experience in residential conveyancing matters.
The role is to support the residential conveyancing solicitor, providing administrative assistance and support to the residential fee-earners. Duties will include money laundering compliance, dealing with enquiries, search applications, Land Registry searches, post-exchange correspondence; completion of required conveyancing forms (including SDLT, TR1, AP1, etc) and liaising with clients.
This is a great Surrey-based opportunity for someone who is local and enjoys working in a close-knit team.
