Job description: A Local Authority in the North East has approached Venn Group’s Legal team to recruit a Locum Property Solicitor to join their team on a 3 month on-goin basis.
The successful candidate will be:
- Dealing with a property caseload
- Handling Local Land Charges, the Local land charge register and Local Land Charges Act 1975 cases
- Drafting CON29 and CON29O forms
Applications will be considered by Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or candidates Qualified by Experience. This role will be office based due the caseload consisting of paper files.
