Information & Data Protection Lawyer | Leeds | 6+PQE
National firm and leading provider of commercial legal services across the UK is seeking a Senior Data Protection Lawyer to join their leading Advisory & Regulatory department. This Data Protection Lawyer role is offered on a full time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will specialise in Information Law and requires experience in all aspects of information including GDPR and the Data Protection Act as well as other rights of access including Freedom of Information Act

The ideal Data Protection Lawyer
- The ideal Data Protection Lawyer will be able to provide sound, commercial advice
- the range of advice will include data subject access requests, disclose of information, GDPR, Commercial Data Protection issues, Freedom of Information Act 2000
- Other aspects of the role include other aspects of regulatory work including: environmental information regulations, caldicott principles, policies and protocols
Advantageous to the role (but not essential) would be any knowledge of CQC, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental work and so on
