BCL Legal is working with a Top 50 UK-led international practice who are recruiting into their well regarded property litigation team, they are seeking a lawyer who is 5+ PQE.
The Role & Opportunity:
This Top 50 firm are seeking a 5 + PQE property litigation solicitor to join their highly regarded team in the City. The client base spans major property companies, investors and asset management companies, retailers, residential landlords and individuals and boasts particular expertise in the commercial landlord and tenant, retail and leisure, development, and insolvency sectors.
The team are involved across the full range of commercial property litigation disputes, disputes concerning property contracts, property insolvency, residential landlord and tenant, rights of way, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and dilapidations
