We are currently receiving a number of new instructions for Residential Conveyancers in the East Anglia region, if you know of anyone or if you are looking for a new position, then please do get in touch as we may have a suitable position for you.

An opportunity has arisen for a firm in Peterborough for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle their own caseload of residential property transactions. Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who possess the capability to manage their own caseload of files from initial instruction through to completion.

You must have at least 2 years PQE in handling your own caseload of residential property matters and be able to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of transactions. With technical expertise spanning the full remit of residential property, the successful Residential Property Lawyer will be able to provide advice on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and new builds.

Superb opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join this growing practice and continue developing their skills and experience.
