The Planning team of this Top 100 law firm has an outstanding reputation for its technical and commercial expertise. It advises a broad range of clients from the private and public sector on strategic matters relating to planning applications, appeals and enforcement. A growth area for the firm, the newly appointed Planning Solicitor will work with senior members of the team on major projects and have the opportunity take the lead on some planning cases. You will also work with colleagues across a firm in developing new business leads and clients. The successful Planning Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in planning law; applications will be considered from Planning Solicitors based in private practice or the public sector. You will be an expert planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability. Suitable Planning Solicitors will relish the opportunity to further develop their career within this area of law, working on behalf an impressive client list and handling high quality work.
