This firm have developed a strong name in the legal market over those fifty years as well as building a great reputation across their client base of Buckinghamshire, London and the Thames Valley region. This firm are looking to add a 3-6 year PQE solicitor to their band 1 ranked Corporate and Commercial team. The successful candidate will work a caseload of a mix of corporate and commercial matter. These matters will include, but not be limited to:
- Joint ventures
- Sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder issues
- Commercial contracts
- Corporate transactions
