LAW Absolute is working with a global luxury brand in their search for a data privacy and technology counsel for a 12 month contract starting early next year.
The role:
You will work closely with the head of legal as well as the data and tech team across a number of complex contracts and compliance matters. This will range from supporting the group on strategic privacy and digital projects to advising on BAU IT and e-commerce/consumer contracts . The business is located in London, however, due to current circumstances will be homeworking until further notice.
The team:
The team is supportive, professional and collegiate. This positon will suit an individual who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get ‘stuck-in’ whilst having a supportive team around you.
Ideal skillset:
- Privacy and GDPR ideally concerning e-commerce matters
- Tech and IT contracts (SaaS, PaaS etc.)
- Experience supporting on marketing and consumer compliance particularly with regards to privacy
Ideal candidate:
- Qualified lawyer 4+ PQE
- In house experience is ideal
