Court of Protection A highly regarded, legal500 ranked firm, is looking for a lawyer to join its court of protection team.
The work will involve providing deputyship and trust advice, preparing applications to the COP, monitoring and controlling budgets etc.
In order to succeed in this role you'll have :
- excellent client relationship skills
- be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with experience of dealing with the court of protection
- a commitment and genuine interest in to this line of work work
