This is a new vacancy for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading national legal firm based in central Leeds. You will join a growing national Commercial team and advise a varied commercial client base.

The client is a large established law firm with offices across the UK. They have a national Commercial team which is busy and growing and the firm can offer excellent prospects for the successful candidate. The firm has always promoted agile working and will offer a competitive salary.

Description

The Commercial Solicitor will work closely with the Partner in the team and advise on Commercial work. This will include advising and negotiating IT and supplier contracts, sales and distribution and e-commerce agreements and you will get involved in international work. You will also support on data protection including advising clients on Brexit implications and dealing with breaches. Client are often well known and include online retailers and tech businesses.

Profile

You will be a Commercial Solicitor who has had exposure to commercial agreements and data work. You will have ties to Leeds and strong academics. You will be comfortable to work as part of a small local team but wider, larger national practice.
