We are working with a respected firm based in Lancashire. They have a high performing employment team and looking now for an Employment Partner to take on a Head of Department role. Join a local firm with an excellent reputation in the North West and a positive, cohesive culture.

Our client is a well known firm based in the Lancashire market. They are looking to expand their employment team with an additional Partner to also take on a Head of Department role. The existing client base is excellent, handling quality Respondent employment work and some high level Claimant matters. As part of a multi-office firm you would be part of an already existing and high performing employment team, but also have the ability to take on a lead role as Head of Department. The position would suit someone already a Partner but looking for in a Head of Department position within an existing employment team.

As this is a Partner level appointment, there are expectations outside fee earning and the right individual will have the drive and ability to win work, but there is no need or emphasis on having to produce a ready made following of work from day one. This is a genuinely friendly and supportive team where someone senior can take on a lead role, helping to grow and shape an employment team for the future, whilst still handling quality local employment work. This would suit someone looking for a step up and a truly collegiate team where they can thrive.
