Banking & Finance Lawyer

A leading financial services organisation is looking to recruit a Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer with a Secured Lending specialism for a 12-month contract. The role will be based remotely initially and will eventually be in the London office.

Key duties:

• You will be responsible for a range of high value project and finance work.
• You will be responsible for secured and unsecured lending work, syndicated and bilateral loan agreements.
• You will also advise on complex multi-source finance transactions with debt

This is an excellent opportunity to work for highly regarded organisation who offer a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City Law firm or a highly regarded in house organisation and will have gained a minimum of 6 years' PQE specialising in Banking & Finance. Experience of mortgages (residential), secured lending and deb is essential.
