BCL Legal are working with a leading firm with offices across the country on a real estate position. The firm has rapidly expanded through mergers and acquisitions, and has some excellent high level work from big name clients.

Real Estate solicitor

The Role:
· Senior position within high-performance real estate department.
· Working closely with leading Partners
· Focus on landlord & tenant transactions including leases, lease regears, suurenders and regrants, sale and leasebacks and franchise agreements.
· Working on high value, complex property deals
· Working within a team of highly skilled lawyers

Candidate requirements:
· 3PQE + real estate solicitor
· Landlord & tenant experience
· Retail experience- desirable
· Good client facing and service skills.
· Commercial, driven and ambitious
