Dispute Resolution Solicitor – This Top 200, leading East Anglian firm, has asked us to find them a further litigation solicitor to join their dispute resolution team. This multi-disciplined practice that has an outstanding reputation are now looking at expanding their litigation department due to continued growth.
About the Role
Joining this 10+ person litigation team you will be tasked with managing your own caseload, acting for claimants and defendant on a range of matters. Your experience will encompass general litigation; covering debt recovery, landlord & tenant, neighbour & boundary disputes, contentious probate and employment disputes. Where possible you will resolve matters offering mediation as an alternative to the litigation process.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an ambitious and motived lawyer who ideally has:
- 3+ years PQE
- Works strategically to achieve goals
- Keen interest in business development
- Passion in their area of specialism
