We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our personal injury team as a lawyer dealing with a varied fast track caseload. The successful candidate will be working on some portal cases but the main emphasis will be on running both litigated and pre-litigated matters across the full spectrum of personal injury law including RTAs, accidents at work and OL/PL claims, to a successful conclusion at trial or through settlement.
Excellent client care skills, drafting skills, attention to detail and the passion to help our clients achieve the best possible outcome are essential.
The successful candidate must also have plenty of experience of both Part 7 and Part 8 litigated matters and be knowledgeable on the rules pertaining to both.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Thursday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm, and 9.30 am to 5.00 pm on a Friday.
