Commercial Property Solicitor – This market leading, Top 200, East Anglian firm have asked us to find them a further commercial property solicitor at associate level to join them. The firm provides their employees an excellent environment to further their career, through technical ability, industry knowledge and hands-on support.
About the Role
They are looking for an experienced solicitor with a solid track record in handling a range of commercial property transactions. You will be taking on a busy caseload of:
- Preparation of leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation
- Advising on landlord and tenant issues including 1954 Act notices
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property including drafting contracts
- Advising on refinancing and loan documentation
- Advising on business asset sales and purchases
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and motived lawyer who ideally has:
- 5+ years PQE
- Works strategically to achieve goals
- Keen interest in business development
- Passion in their area of specialism
