The Client
Our client is an established law firm with offices based in Essex, and they are looking for a Legal Secretary/Litigation Assistant with experience in Litigation or Dispute Resolution.
The Role
Typical duties will include:
- Arranging meetings/lunches with clients and co-ordinating diaries
- Diary management and travel
- Complex document production and amendments
- Photocopying/printing/scanning
- Dictation
- Email management
- Preparation of draft emails and correspondence for approval
- Typing reports, file notes and attendance notes
- Filing and eFiling of incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
- Answering the telephone and dealing with routine enquiries
The Requirements
- Previous experience in Litigation or Dispute Resolution
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
- Experienced with billing and dictation
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
