The Role

They are seeking to hire an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join their prestigious office in Stratford Upon Avon.

You will work alongside the current Head of Private Client; you will work side by side to drive the department forwards. The plan is in 18-24 months, and you will take over the department when the current head retires. This is an exceptional opportunity as you will take over all of the clients that "the head" as spent his whole career building.

You will have lots of client contact and deal with a very wide range and broad scope of work with an emphasis on estate and tax planning, trust administration and probate.

You will be part of a commercially savvy, technically strong and dynamic team. There will be a broad variety of work making for an interesting role. The caseload will include but not limited to: ; landlord and tenant disputes, building laws and guidelines, freehold and leasehold, mortgages, land boundaries, sharing agreements, building regulations and planning permissions.

This firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads so that they can add real value to clients; they charge well for the work that they do. The department has a strong support staff of paralegals and administration personal.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with 5 years + PQE
• You will deal with quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded team
• STEP qualified is preferred

• Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
