BCL Legal are now working with an excellent commercial litigation team on the placement of a solicitor into their team in Cheshire.
The team has an excellent work ethic with top quality solicitors and high-profile cases. They are looking for a solicitor on a permanent, full time basis.
Commercial Litigation Solicitor Opportunity Overview
In joining the team as a commercial litigator solicitor you can expect to be working on a range of commercial disputes including:
· Shareholder disputes
· Breach of Contract
· Professional Negligence
· Intellectual Property Disputes
· Sports Litigation
· Defamation
· Breach of Warranty
You will be working with partners who are very reputable litigators; client service and business development responsibilities will also be included.
Commercial Litigation Solicitor Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role you will have:
· At least 2 years PQE commercial litigation experience
· Experience working across a varied caseload
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a first class client service
· Great client service skills and a personable yet professional manner
· A strong passion for litigation
Salary and Benefits
This commercial litigation solicitor role will be rewarded with:
· £38,000 - £55,000 per annum
