Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you join a thriving department to handle an interesting mix of commercial disputes work. This will include contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, data privacy disputes as well as warranty and indemnity disputes. The firm acts for a range of blue chip clients on major pieces of litigation.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 5+ years' pqe who is well versed in handling a good mix of dispute resolution work. You will have the ability to provide pragmatic commercial advice and good levels of client care.
