This is a unique Maidenhead based opportunity to join a high-profile regional firm with a very busy contentious probate team.
The department has been steadily built up over the last few years, and they're now looking to grow the team with a contentious probate litigation solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join the team.
The successful candidate will need to be either a contentious probate specialist or have had a background in Litigation with an element of contentious probate.
You will be assisting the Partner with more complex high net worth matters and while handling a full caseload, comprising of contentious trusts and probate work, property litigation, boundary disputes and adverse possession claims with disputes over easements and restrictive covenants.
Excellent planning and organisational skills are imperative for this contentious probate litigation solicitor role. In return, the firm offers a market-leading salary with full benefits and bonus package.
