Based in an attractive town in Hertfordshire with easy links to London, the firm is very flexible and embraces home and remote working.

Due to an influx of new instructions, the firm seeks to appoint an additional associate or senior associate with a minimum of 5 years real estate experience covering some or all of commercial acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant and asset management work.

In this key role, working closely with one of the senior partners, you'll advise a range of clients including developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with substantial property interests, working on challenging and good sized transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity offering genuinely exciting long-term prospects including a route to partnership and the chance to play a key role in the department from the outset.
