One of the world's leading consumer electronics business based in Surrey is looking for a c+ PQE commercial lawyer to join the team as Legal Counsel to start immediately for 6-12 months, with the potential to be made permanent.
This vacancy is open to home working.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the Deputy and Head of Legal in its day to day operations including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements;
- Drafting template agreements for use by European subsidiaries
- Proactively supporting European subsidiary legal teams with contract and commercial related queries; and
- Providing legal and commercial advice to the wider business.
The Person
You will be a c+ PQE commercial lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience, available for an immediate start.
