Our client is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor into its small team based in central Leeds. This will suit someone who can handle their own caseload of files.

The client is a national legal firm that has a small dedicated residential property team. This teams forms part of a Real Estate practice group. The firm can offer excellent prospects and a competitive salary and benefits package and they promote agile working.
Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will deal with their own caseload of files. This will include sales and purchase matters both freehold and leasehold, remortgage matters and transfer of equity files. You will deal with files from instruction to completion.
Profile
You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or a Residential Property fee earner / conveyancer who has ties to Leeds. You will be able to run with your own files.
