Our client, a well recognised, national firm are now recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join their Real Estate team in Leeds.
The role will involve running your own varied caseload of property sales and purchases (freehold/leasehold), re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
As a Conveyancer you will join part of the award winning Real Estate team with clients range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.
The team is friendly and there is a very supportive culture with working from home throughout covid and after will be supported as the firm have always had an agile way of working.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Conveyancer with recent and proven experience, ideally a minimum of 5 years experience.
