Commercial Property Solicitor. Exciting opportunity to secure a position as a commercial property solicitor within a large team in Somerset.. This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join the real estate team that has an interesting and exciting client base.

The Role;
· To work on a variety of commercial and residential matters, for both landowner and developer clients..
· To progress your own caseload of work in a proactive manner and to contribute as part of team.
· To provide excellent client service and legal advice that goes beyond expectations.

The Candidate;
· Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
· Good commercial exposure
· 4+ years PQE
· Ideally interested in helping to develop work in additional areas - such as landlord & tenant
· Strong communication skills.
