An opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property lawyer to join an ambitious firm in Redditch. This position offers excellent prospects for development and it is envisioned that that the successful applicant will play a key role in the firm’s growth plans.

You will handle a varied conveyancing caseload with the support of a dedicated Paralegal. The role will see you dealing with all aspects of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property as well as remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy and lease extensions.

You will join the firm in a senior capacity, reporting directly to the Director and deputising for them in their absence. For ambitious individuals there will be opportunities to take on line management responsibilities in time, if desired.

The salary on offer will be dependent on experience and is expected to be in the region of £38,000 to £42,000. The firm is conveniently situated with free on-sire parking.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking practice in a senior capacity where you can have a real impact. It would be ideally suited to a property lawyer with five years or more post qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
