Boutique and highly regarded litigation law firm is looking to hire a new paralegal to join the busy team with the possibility of overtime – this firm will offer very high-level work, including PQE exposure however an attitude of no job too big or too small will be key.  This role is an initial 6 months Fixed Term Contract with a view to being extended to 12 months and ideally starting asap plus working direction will follow government advice and currently this position is homeworking/remote working.  Applicants need to have strong commercial litigation paralegal/legal assistant experience and duties will include the collection and organisation of evidence and other important papers for lawyers to review, deeping client files organised and up-to-date in paper and/or electronic format, performing administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organise case files, manage logistics etc.), supporting associates and partners on general matter management, filing and hearing preparation, including preparation of submissions, document productions, hearings, investigations and the overall litigation proceedings for high profile, multinational clients, copy-check materials and arrange courier deliveries to clients, opposing counsel and tribunals. Applicants will need to strong on MS Office, have experience of filing at court (CE-filing online and RCJ hard copy filing), experience with document review platforms, such as Relativity, running searches, determining Privilege, redactions and review of proposed and disclosed documents, understand the preparation of exhibit, hearing, witness and expert Indices and Bundles and ideally have experience with Magnum electronic bundles, creation, uploading and maintenance experience during trials plus trial/CMC hearing experience in Rolls Building.   Salary for this role is between £30-35,000 due to experience.  Standard hours will be 9:30am to 5:30pm + overtime.  Applicants need to have a law degree/GDL and ideally the LPC.
