This firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 3 years+ to help drive the team forward and strengthen the practice, developing their existing business whilst implementing their business development strategy to increase the clientele.

The Role

They are seeking to hire a 3 years+ PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing property conveyancing team in South West London.

The team consists of a partner, seven fee earners and paralegal and administration support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with their experienced partner who has a first-rate reputation in the market, giving you an unrivalled level of exposure for your years of PQE.

Their clientele is a mixture of local and national HNW clients, some of which have been with the company for decades, demonstrating their high level of client service. The monthly targets are reasonable and achievable, ensuring their clients continue to receive market-leading legal advice and support.

You will be responsible for driving the business forward, working on their in-house caseload whilst offering an entrepreneurial approach to maximising business opportunities.

This will be an office-based role with the option to work remotely after a period of settling in.

Requirements

• You will be 3 years+ PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (there is no upper limit of PQE experience)
• You will have excellent communication skills
• A meticulous eye for detail
• You will have a strong collaborative approach to working
• You will possess a passion for working in conveyancing
• You will be an ambiguous individual who wants to progress in their career
