Description
Key responsibilities for the Probate Lawyer include but are not limited to the following:
- drafting and interpreting will and probate
- advising on matters such as lasting powers of attorney and deputyship orders
- post-death restructuring, drawing up deeds of variations and appointments under discretionary wills
Profile
The successful Probate Lawyer will be driven and have an excellent track record including strong academics and excellent technical skills.
They will have been exposed to a similar (high net worth) client base and have dealt with complex probate issues, often with international elements.
