The Role

Due to a period of recent success and growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor, ideally 2-5 years PQE to join their office in Canterbury, Kent.

You will work on a diverse caseload across Family law with the support of a friendly and dynamic team but must have the ability to manage your own caseload.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious private Family matters including: Divorce, Financial Disputes, Children, Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements, Civil Partnerships and Injunctions

Due to the structure of the firm and its presence as a growing regional heavyweight, there are excellent progression prospects for the right person.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, however there is no upper limit with regard to the amount of PQE and I would encourage applicants of higher levels of experience to apply
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is advantageous
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, and contacts (following not essential)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
