Private Client Solicitor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a growing, South-East heavyweight practice based in Kent.

The firm have a strong presence in the South East, and deal with a variety of legal issues in Commercial, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Care, Family, Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law. They have an excellent client care record, and are amongst the best and most accomplished Lawyers and Partners on the South East Coast.

The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their flourishing team in their Tunbridge Wells office.

The Private Client team is widely regarded as one of the best on the South East Coast, and its Partners and Solicitors are some of the friendliest, family-feel in the area, as well as some of the most skilled. The firm have an excellent attitude to work life balance, and this is reflected in very good retention rates. Your work will be varied and very interesting, high value and involve work including wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship and support for the elderly.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor (6+ years PQE)
• You will be driven and keen to learn
• You will work well as a team
• You will have excellent communication skills
