The Role
This is a stand-out opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer with 5 years + PQE to join this well-established, and progressive firm in their Solihull office. This role has clear progression to a more senior position in a relatively short time frame.
You will work alongside high-calibre, entrepreneurial and friendly lawyers and deal with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base. This work will consist of purchases, sales, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold residential property, lease extensions, auction sales and purchases and more.
You will also be supported in managing and building relationships with clients and introducers to develop your client base further. Experience in business development and management for the supervising paralegals, trainees, and support staff is important for this position.
Requirements
- You will be a Residential Property Lawyer with 5 years + PQE
- You will be an ambitious, dynamic and commercially minded individual
- Proven business development experience
- Experience in management of a small team would be advantageous
