The Role

The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE to join their thriving office in Maidstone.

The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional standards of client care, and Property is one of their largest practise areas. The team deals with a steady flow of quality referrals due to their outstanding reputation in the region; you will join a pragmatic, people focused team with a supportive and friendly environment.

The team has a good base of support including a state-of-the-art case management system and an administrative team comprising secretaries and Paralegals.

Your role in the team will be senior, and you will deal with a caseload comprising sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, re-mortgages and transfer of equity and new-builds.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years of PQE.
• You will have passion for and strong experience in high quality Property work.
• You will possess excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
• You should have a good eye for detail and be organised.
• Salary is above market rate depending on experience.
