Job Description – A well established and highly regarded law firm in the North East are looking for a Senior Commercial & Agricultural Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be to Head up the Department and Partnership opportunity is available.
Duties will include:
- Managing the Commercial Property and Agricultural department
- Handling a caseload of commercial property and agricultural transactions
- Dealing with plot sale transactions
- Drafting documents for acquisitions
Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE within a Commercial Property department. Agricultural experience is desirable.
The ideal candidate should have experience with ALB case management system also, however, this is not essential.
