Conveyancing Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well regarded regional law firm in Warwickshire for an experienced Conveyancer (5+) to join their team. This role offers exceptional work, a very competitive salary and promising career prospects.

About the role

Daily tasks of the Conveyancing Senior Associate in this role will include:

- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Help to buy purchases
- Lease extensions
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- Estate development

About You

Given the nature of the work, you will be an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer with, as a guide, at least 5 years experienced gained in Residential Property matters. Experience of delegating and manging juniors is preferably and you must enjoy business development or have existing contacts or referrers.

You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.
