The Role

The firm are looking to recruit a Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor / Partner into their flourishing North London office.

You will lead the contentious probate department; you will work with the firms other Partners to drive the department forwards. You will trade under a trusted name that has deep roots in the local community. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own.

This role comes with excellent prospects and would be a perfect stepping stone for a candidate perhaps working in a top-heavy seeking a route for career progression / partnership.

Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a high quality of work, which will include; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have good business development experience and will be commercially minded
• You should have a strong billing track record
• A strong technical knowledge is essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure.
